The roastery has blended fresh and light Guatemalan red bourbon with more distinctive Colombian washed pink bourbon, complemented by fruity Ethiopian heirloom and finally a pinch of Honduran geisha for subtle elegance. In your cup, you will find juicy grapefruit that unfolds like the morning sun over the mountains, delicate forest fruits with the soft sweetness of a summer day, and an aftertaste reminiscent of root beer – playful, unexpected, and yet perfectly fitting into the whole.
